Prof. Shreya K. Rao has 15 years of experience. A management Graduate, Prof. Shreya was the Manager - Training in i-flex Solutions ltd., Bangalore for eight years. She was responsible for the growth and development of the trainingfunctions where she successfully handled the soft skills and behavioral training for the Bangalore and Chennai Operations and built the credibility of the department within the organization.
